From February 6th to 8th, Larnaca (Republic of Cyprus) will become a magnet for the sambo community. The traditional annual international tournament will bring together representatives from various countries, continuing the fine tradition of sports cooperation in the Mediterranean. The competition in Larnaca annually attracts both experienced athletes and promising young athletes, providing an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and test their strength in matches with representatives of various national sambo schools.
Marios Andreou, President of the Cyprus Sambo Federation, emphasized the federation’s full readiness to welcome guests: “We are very much looking forward to meeting old and new friends in Larnaca! All preparations are now complete: the sports arena, logistics, and accommodations for the teams are ready to receive delegations. We have made every effort to ensure the tournament is held at the highest level. We are ready to start and look forward to seeing you all!”

One of the key features of the event is the international training camp following the tournament. This is a unique opportunity for athletes to consolidate their acquired skills, engage in sparring sessions, and improve their skills under the guidance of leading coaches in the excellent climate of Cyprus.
