World Youth Sambo Championship will be held on October 14-16 in Armenia. The competition will be held among cadets (boys, girls), boys and girls (16-18 years), juniors and female juniors (18-20 years) and in combat sambo among juniors.
Competitions will be held in the following weight categories:
Cadets (boys): 46 kg, 49 kg, 53 kg, 58 kg, 64 kg, 71 kg, 79 kg, 88 kg, +88 kg.
Cadets (girls): 41 kg, 44 kg, 47 kg, 50 kg, 54 kg, 59 kg, 65 kg, 72 kg, +72 kg.
Boys: 53 kg, 58 kg, 64 kg, 71 kg, 79 kg, 88 kg, 98 kg, +98 kg.
Girls: 47 kg, 50 kg, 54 kg, 59 kg, 65 kg, 72 kg, 80 kg, +80 kg.
Juniors (M): 58 kg, 64 kg, 71 kg, 79 kg, 88 kg, 98 kg, +98 kg.
Juniors (W): 50 kg, 54 kg, 59 kg, 65 kg, 72 kg, 80 kg, +80 kg.
Combat Sambo (juniors): 58 kg, 64 kg, 71 kg, 79 kg, 88 kg, 98 kg, +98 kg.
Combat sambo competition among juniors in the World Championship will take place for the first time.
On October 14 — cadet (boys and girls) bouts in all weight categories; combat sambo bouts among juniors in all weight categories.
October 15 — bouts of boys and girls in all weight categories
On October 16 — bouts of juniors (M&W) in all weight categories.
