On April 28, 2022 in Yerevan, the capital of the Republic of Armenia was held the General Meeting of the members of the Sambo Federation of Armenia. Election of the President of the Sambo Federation of Armenia and preparations for the Youth Sambo World Championship were on the agenda.
Members of the general meeting of Armenian Sambo Federation unanimously voted for the re-election of the current President Mikayel Hayrapetyan to the post of the President of the Federation for 5 years.
All members of the Federation were given instructions to continue the preparatory work for holding Sambo Youth World Championship on a high level in autumn of this year.
The Sambo Federation of Armenia also expresses its gratitude to FIAS for providing high confidence for holding the World Sambo Championship in Yerevan.
