An educational coaching seminar in Combat Sambo and sambo competition for students — International tournament “Memorial S. Mikhailovich” was held in Novi Sad as part of Sambo Days manifestation in Serbia. Student teams from Serbia and Croatia attended the tournament. Serbian team claimed victory over the Croatian team and the match finished at 5: 2 score. Thus, the Serbian team won the gold medal and guests had to settle for a silver medal. Honorary President for Sambo Federation of Serbia, Mrs. Snezana Mihailovic had the honor to award medals. A joint training followed the competition, and afterwards socialization continued at the official dinner party.
Furthermore, after a fact that Sambo Federation of Serbia was not satisfied with a dynamics of Combat sambo development in Serbia, decision was made for an educational coaching seminar in Combat Sambo to be held in Zajecar. Nikola Diskovic led seminar, and coaches have returned home with some new knowledge and richer experience in Combat Sambo.
