The Organizing Committee for the SportAccord Combat Games “Beijing -2010” is providing the opportunity to accredit a limited number of federation representatives to Beijing Combat Games (to be held within 28. 08.2010 – 04.09.2010 as Extra officials.
The expenses for flight, accommodation with 3 times a day catering and transfer must be covered by the Extra Officials.
The Organizers will provide booking for those Extra officials who would like to be accommodated at the Athletes or Judges hotels at the rate of:
Double occupancy – 130 USD per person per night
Single occupancy - 180 USD per person per night
To receive the invitation letter and to be accredited duly in time, each Extra official must complete the registration form; attaché his/her photo (portrait, JPG); scanned major page of the travel passport ( valid until the March’2011 at least to FIAS Secretariat to the e-mail: sportech@list.ru until the 29.04.2010.
